At Command Print Co., we respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting the confidential nature of your proprietary branding, artwork files, and personal contact details.

1. Information We Collect

When you browse our website, request a quote, upload dielines, or place a corporate printing order, we may collect:

• Identity & Contact Details: Full name, corporate email address, contact phone/WhatsApp number, company name.
• Billing & Shipping Data: Delivery address, billing address, company GSTIN (for GST input tax credit invoices).
• Digital Artwork & Design Assets: Uploaded PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, and raster files containing corporate logos, cardholder names, badge layouts, and text elements.
• Technical & Analytical Data: Anonymized IP addresses, browser cookies (e.g. for cart persistence and light/dark theme preference), and referral UTM tags (e.g., Google or Meta ad sources) used strictly to optimize site performance and measure marketing effectiveness.

2. Strict Artwork Confidentiality

We treat client artwork with strict non-disclosure integrity. Your proprietary logos, internal company badges, security access card lists, financial bill books, and marketing collateral are used exclusively for executing your specific print run. We never resell, publish, or distribute customer artwork to third parties.

3. Payment Security & Encryption

Online payments are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards). Command Print Co. never stores or has access to your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI MPINs.

4. Data Sharing Limitations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to brokers or telemarketers. We only share essential operational details with:

• Logistics Couriers: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and local dispatch riders strictly for consignee name, delivery address, and phone number for delivery coordination.
• Statutory Authorities: When required by Indian tax or law enforcement regulations (such as generating mandatory GST E-Way bills for consignments over ₹50,000).

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your account and artwork history from our prepress archive. To make a request, contact our Privacy Desk at support@commandprint.in.

1. Order Cancellations

• Prior to Prepress & Production: If you request cancellation before digital proof approval or before physical plates, screens, and cutting dies are set up, a 100% refund is provided (minus payment gateway transaction fees of 5%).
• After Prepress Approval & Production In Progress: Once machine RIP is completed and raw substrates (cardstock, satin ribbon, acrylic, mugs) are cut, imaged, or heat-pressed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Reprint Guarantee & Free Reprints

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If goods received contain a verifiable manufacturing error attributable to Command Print Co., including:

• Substantial color drift exceeding normal CMYK print standards.
• Incorrect substrate, material weight, or finish (e.g. ordered Velvet Matte but received Gloss).
• Cutting errors exceeding standard mechanical tolerances (±1.5 mm).
• Missing components, wrong hardware (e.g. wrong hook on lanyards), or misaligned print that deviates from the approved digital proof.

In these cases, we offer a 100% Free Priority Reprint dispatched via express courier at our expense, or a full credit note/refund if a reprint cannot meet your time constraint.

3. In-Transit Transit Damage Protocol

All consignments are packed with industrial bubble wrap, edge guards, and corrugated boxes. In the rare event of transit damage:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of courier delivery.
2. Share unboxing photos and/or a short video showing the outer damaged shipping carton and the affected products via WhatsApp (+91 72900 00716) or email (support@commandprint.in).
3. We will expedite a priority replacement batch without requiring you to wait for courier insurance claim settlements.

4. Refund Processing Window

When a financial refund is approved, the funds will be credited to the original bank account, card, or UPI VPA within 5 to 7 business days, in compliance with standard Indian banking clearance cycles.

Once dispatched from our Gurugram facility, transit durations depend upon the delivery pincode:

• Delhi NCR (Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad): Same-day local rider or 24-hour express courier.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2 - 3 business days via Express Air.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3 - 5 business days via Surface Express.
• Remote, North-East & Island Territories: 5 - 7 business days.

3. Live Tracking & Proof of Dispatch

As soon as the courier manifest is scanned at our facility, an automated WhatsApp message and email containing your AWB tracking number and tracking link will be dispatched to your registered phone number.

4. Packaging Standards

Every order is packed to prevent moisture and transit vibration:

• Business Cards & ID Cards: Rigid plastic inner cases inside 5-ply corrugated shipper boxes.
• Ceramic Mugs: Individual molded styrofoam / air-bubble thermocol enclosures inside heavy-gauge cartons.
• Signage & Acrylic Boards: Protective peel-off adhesive film, wooden edge battens, and layered bubble wrapping.

Prior to setting up Heidelberg offset plates or sending RIP commands to Roland/Epson digital presses, our in-house prepress engineers inspect:

• Font outlines (ensuring all typography is converted to curves).
• Embedded image resolution (flagging low-resolution images under 150 DPI).
• Barcode and QR code scannability.
• Overprint and transparency flattening.

3. Customer Proof Sign-Off

A high-resolution PDF proof or digital 3D mockup is transmitted to the client. Production will only initiate once clear affirmative sign-off is provided. Once approved, the job enters the queue immediately.
