("we", "us", or "our") is committed to respecting your privacy in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. This policy details how we treat personal, organizational, and design assets transmitted through our website, WhatsApp, and email channels.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum required information to fulfill print production, GST billing, and courier delivery:
- Contact Information: Name, business name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and delivery address.
- Billing & Tax Data: Corporate GSTIN, billing entity details, and state codes for GST ITC credit invoices.
- Artwork & Production Assets: Uploaded PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, and raster files containing corporate logos, brand guidelines, and print specifications.
- Device & Usage Information: Anonymized analytical parameters such as IP addresses, browser types, and referral UTM tags (e.g., Google Ads or Meta Ads) to evaluate platform performance.
2. Strict Artwork Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Your digital artwork, brand assets, identity card photographs, and corporate stationery files are held in strict commercial confidence. We never sell, distribute, or license customer artwork. Files are solely accessible to our prepress technicians for preflighting, proof generation, and RIP processing.
3. Payment Security & Data Retention
We process online card, net banking, and UPI transactions exclusively through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Indian payment partners, specifically Cashfree Payments. Command Print Co. does not capture, record, or store any cardholder CVV numbers, card expiry credentials, or banking passwords.
Data Retention Periods: Billing details, GST invoices, and transaction logs are retained for a minimum of 6 years in compliance with statutory Indian taxation and accounting laws. Customer-uploaded prepress artwork and vector dielines are archived securely for up to 12 months to facilitate reorders upon request, after which they may be permanently purged.
4. Google OAuth 2.0 & Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
When you choose to authenticate on our platform using Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0), Command Print Co. accesses basic profile data to create and manage your secure account:
- Data Accessed: Your name, verified Google email address, and profile avatar URL provided via the standard Google Identity Services scopes (
openid, profile, and email). - Purpose of Data Collection: Used strictly to authenticate your account session, provide real-time tracking for custom print orders, maintain your saved prepress vector dielines, and deliver transactional delivery notifications.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, advertising platforms, or data brokers.
- Limited Use Disclosure: Command Print Co.'s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Revocation & Data Deletion: You can disconnect Command Print Co.'s access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Security Settings (Third-party apps with account access). To request complete deletion of your account and associated order history from our servers, email us at support@commandprint.in.
5. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not disclose your personal data to advertisers or commercial brokers. Disclosures are limited strictly to:
- Logistics Couriers: Sharing recipient name, destination address, and phone number with Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and dispatch riders to execute delivery.
- Statutory Authorities: If required by Indian law, judicial summons, or for GST compliance (e.g. generating mandatory E-Way bills for consignments above ₹50,000).
6. Cookies & Analytical Tracking
Our website uses cookies and browser local storage for functional operations: keeping track of shopping cart items, active authentication sessions, and user interface preferences (such as dark and light modes).
Additionally, our platform utilizes standard web analytical tools (including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion measurement pixels) to evaluate page loading speed, navigation flow, and ad performance. These services capture anonymized metrics such as browser type, time on page, and referral channels. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies at any time.
