By placing an order, approving a prepress proof, submitting artwork, or executing a corporate purchase order (PO), you ("Client", "Buyer", or "Customer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you represent an organization or company, you certify that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.

02

Artwork Submission, Prepress Proofing & Approval

Precision print fabrication depends upon accurate digital source files. Our prepress team conducts automated and manual preflight checks on all customer files before running offset, digital, DTF, or CNC machinery.

  • File Requirements: We recommend print-ready PDF, CorelDraw (CDR with curves converted), Adobe Illustrator (AI with outlines), or vector EPS files. Raster graphics (PNG, JPG, TIFF) should be at least 300 DPI at 100% final physical print size.
  • Digital Proof Approval: Before production commences, we provide a digital proof (via PDF, WhatsApp image/interactive proof, or 3D mock-up). Your confirmation—whether conveyed via WhatsApp reply ("Approved", "OK to Print"), email, or digital signature—constitutes final and unconditional authorization to print.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's exclusive responsibility to verify typography, phone numbers, spelling, grammar, QR code URLs, dieline positioning, bleed margins (minimum 3mm), and image resolution on the proof. Command Print Co. is not liable for typographical or layout errors present in client-approved proofs.
  • No Post-Approval Edits: Once a proof is approved and plates, screens, direct-to-film carriers, or acrylic sheets are imaged or cut, no modifications can be accepted without incurring additional plate/material fees.
03

Color Matching, Substrates & Production Tolerances

Commercial printing processes involve chemical, optical, and thermal reactions across varying physical substrates. The following standard industry tolerances apply:

RGB vs CMYK Gamut

Computer and phone screens display transmitted RGB light, whereas print machines reproduce reflected CMYK pigments. Minor chromatic shifts between backlit screens and paper/cloth/acrylic are natural physical characteristics of ink absorption.

Trimming & Bleed Tolerances

High-speed hydraulic guillotines and CNC cutters operate within a standard mechanical tolerance of ±1.5 mm. Critical text and borders must be kept within the recommended 3mm safe margin from cutting edges.

Substrate Batch Variance: Paper stock weight (GSM), acrylic sheet opacity, ceramic mug gloss, and satin ribbon finishes may show minor mill variations across raw material batches sourced from paper mills and polymer extruders.

Quantity Run Tolerance: In accordance with Indian commercial printing standards, large bulk runs (e.g. offset letterheads, bill books, printed bags) are subject to a standard manufacturing count tolerance of ±3% to ±5%. Invoices will be billed or credited based on delivered counts.

04

Intellectual Property, Copyright & Indemnification

Command Print Co. acts strictly as a contract manufacturer and technical prepress service provider. We do not inspect submitted artwork for trademark registration or copyright status.

  • Client Warranty: You warrant that you are the sole owner of, or possess valid licenses, authorizations, or registered trademark rights for all logos, designs, photographs, trade dress, slogans, and corporate insignia provided for printing.
  • Prohibited Content: We strictly decline and reserve the right to cancel orders containing defamatory, obscene, counterfeit currency, fraudulent government emblems, unauthorized official ID cards, or materials violating Indian law or public policy.
  • Indemnity Clause: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Command Print Co., its proprietors, technicians, and logistics partners against all legal claims, damages, liabilities, trademark infringement suits, copyright penalties, and legal expenses arising out of the manufacturing of customer-supplied artwork.
05

Pricing, GST Invoicing & Corporate Payment Terms

All price quotations are stated in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and are governed by the following commercial conditions:

  • Taxes: Unless explicitly labeled otherwise, product catalog rates are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST: 12% or 18% depending on HSN code).
  • Payment Schedule: Custom-made products require 100% advance payment via online gateway (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards) or verified IMPS/NEFT bank transfer before production. For approved institutional and corporate clients with valid Purchase Orders, payment milestones are governed by the explicit PO agreement.
  • GST Tax Invoices & ITC: A compliant GST Tax Invoice featuring statutory GST credentials and your company's GSTIN will be issued upon dispatch, enabling eligible input tax credit claims under the CGST/SGST/IGST Act.
  • E-Way Bill: For consignments with an invoice value exceeding ₹50,000, statutory GST E-Way Bills are generated prior to courier handover.
06

Order Modifications, Cancellations & Defect Resolution

Due to the custom, branded nature of printed goods, consumer return rights for off-the-shelf items do not apply to customized merchandise.

  • Pre-Production Cancellation: If an order is canceled before plate generation, film printing, or material cutting, a cancellation is permitted subject to a nominal payment gateway/prepress audit fee (typically 5%).
  • Post-Production Cancellation: Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
  • Manufacturing Defects & Reprint Policy: If goods delivered deviate from the approved prepress proof, suffer structural manufacturing defects, or arrive with incorrect physical substrates, we will provide an immediate 100% Free Priority Reprint. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photographs or video sent to support@commandprint.in or WhatsApp.

For full operational details on transit claims and reprint workflows, please review our comprehensive Refund & Return Policy.

07

Shipping, Turnaround Times & Limitation of Liability

We strive to dispatch every order within stated turnaround windows (1-2 days for mugs/standees, 2-3 days for lanyards/cards, 3-5 days for 3D signage).

  • Courier Handover & Tracking: Upon handover to third-party courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.), tracking IDs are issued. Delivery transit durations are determined by the logistics carriers and destination pincodes.
  • Force Majeure: Command Print Co. is not liable for manufacturing or delivery delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, power grid failures, industrial strikes, regional curfews, or carrier logistics interruptions.
  • Maximum Liability Cap: In all circumstances, the total cumulative liability of Command Print Co. for any claim, breach of warranty, negligence, or defective product shall strictly not exceed the actual total invoice amount paid by the customer for the specific disputed order. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses, event delays, or loss of profits.
08

Governing Law & Exclusive Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms, along with all contracts and purchase transactions executed with Command Print Co., shall be construed, interpreted, and governed exclusively by the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, litigation, or legal controversy arising out of or in connection with our services, website, or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
