All orders are manufactured and packaged directly at our facility in Sector 6, Gurugram. We partner with tier-1 Indian express logistics couriers and local courier networks to guarantee safe, moisture-sealed delivery nationwide.
1. Production Turnaround vs. Shipping Transit
Please note the difference between Production Turnaround (the time taken by our factory to print, dry, coat, assemble, and pack your goods) and Transit Time (the courier delivery duration):

2. Courier Delivery Timelines
Once your order leaves our Gurugram facility, typical delivery timelines are:
- Local Delhi NCR (Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad): Same-day local dispatch or 24-hour express courier. Factory pickup from Sector 6 Gurugram is also available.
- Tier-1 Metros (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune): 2 - 3 business days via Express Air.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3 - 5 business days via Surface Express.
- Remote, North-Eastern States & J&K: 5 - 7 business days.
3. Shipping Logistics Partners & Real-Time Tracking
We ship using established courier networks including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon, Smartr, and Porter (for bulk local NCR deliveries).
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automatic WhatsApp notification and email containing your Air Waybill (AWB) number and live tracking link.
4. Packaging & Damage Prevention Standards
To eliminate transit damage, we apply tailored commercial packing methods:
- Ceramic Mugs: Shipped in custom molded thermocol/styrofoam clam-shells inside heavy 5-ply cartons.
- Business Cards & Stationery: Enclosed in moisture-resistant plastic inner sleeves and reinforced cardboard outer shippers.
- Acrylic 3D Signs & LED Boards: Protected with peel-off scratch guards, corner edge protectors, high-density bubble sheets, and timber batten crating for oversized signage.
