We send a free digital proof on WhatsApp for every order. Nothing is printed until you approve it, so check it carefully.

Before we print anything, our team checks your file and sends you a free digital proof, usually as an image or PDF on WhatsApp. It shows exactly how we’ve set up your job.
What we check
- Size, bleed and safe area
- Image resolution
- Fonts and text that might shift or go missing
- Colour mode (we convert RGB to CMYK where needed)
- QR codes and barcodes
What you should check
We look at the technical side. You know your content best, so please read the proof carefully before approving:
- Spelling of names, designations and addresses
- Phone numbers, email addresses and website
- Which logo version is used
- Size, quantity, material and finish
- That QR codes open the right link
Asking for changes
Reply on WhatsApp with what you’d like changed. Small corrections are part of the proofing process. Once a proof is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. See changing an order.
