Roll-up standees: sizes, set-up and care

Portable pull-up banners for events, shops and offices. Choose a size and base, design for a tall format, and set it up in about a minute.

Updated

A roll-up standee is a printed banner that rolls into its own base. You pull it up, hook it onto a pole, and it’s ready. It packs into a carry bag for the next event.

Sizes

2 × 5 ftCompact spaces, reception counters
2.5 × 6 ftThe standard size for events and shop floors
3 × 6 ftWhen you need extra width

The product page shows the base options (such as metal or aluminium) and current prices.

Designing for a standee

  • Put your logo and main message in the top half, at eye level. The bottom part can be hidden by tables or people.
  • Keep it simple: a headline, a few words and one strong image read better from across a room.
  • Leave a little extra space at the very bottom, as part of the print sits inside the base.
  • For a print this big, 100–150 DPI at full size is enough. Vector files are best for logos and text.

Setting it up

  1. Step 1: Fold out the feet

Stand the base on the floor and swing out the stabilising feet.

  2. Step 2: Assemble the pole

Connect the pole sections and slot the pole into the base.

  3. Step 3: Pull up the banner

Pull the banner up gently, keeping it straight, and hook the top rail onto the pole.
