- Cancelling an orderYou can cancel before you approve the proof. Once production starts, custom printed orders can’t be cancelled or returned.
- Our reprint guarantee: what’s coveredIf your order clearly differs from the approved proof (wrong material, colour drift, cutting errors, missing pieces) we reprint it free.
- How to report a damaged or wrong orderSend photos or an unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with your order ID. We’ll review it and arrange a reprint if it’s covered.
- How refunds workOnline payments are refunded to the original method through Cashfree. COD and direct UPI refunds are paid out by our team. Here’s what to expect.
