What your order status means
Received, in production, dispatched or ready, and cancelled: what each order status means and what happens next.

| Status | What it means | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| Received | We’ve got your order and are checking the artwork. | We send you a proof on WhatsApp to approve. |
| In production | Your proof is approved and the job is being printed and finished. | It’s packed and handed to the courier, or kept ready for pickup. |
| Dispatched / ready | Your order has left our workshop, or is ready to collect. | Follow the courier tracking link, or collect it from our workshop. |
| Cancelled | The order has been cancelled. | If you paid online, see how refunds work. If this is unexpected, contact us. |
Payment status
Alongside the order status, you’ll see whether payment is paid or pending. Cash on delivery orders show as pending until they’re delivered and paid. If an online payment failed, you can pay again from the order page.
