Cancelling an order
You can cancel before you approve the proof. Once production starts, custom printed orders can’t be cancelled or returned.
Updated
Everything we make is printed with your name, logo or design, so it can’t be resold. That’s why cancellations depend on how far your order has got.
| When you cancel | What happens |
|---|---|
| Before you approve the proof | You can cancel. If you paid online, we refund you, minus payment-gateway charges (typically 5%). |
| After proof approval, once production has started | The order can’t be cancelled, returned or refunded. |
How to cancel
Step 1: Message us quickly
Send your order ID on WhatsApp, or email us, and say you’d like to cancel.
Step 2: We confirm
We’ll check the order hasn’t gone into production and confirm the cancellation.
Step 3: Refund
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. See how refunds work.
Can I return an item I don’t like?
Custom printed items can’t be returned once they’re made to your approved proof. If something is wrong with the print itself, our reprint guarantee covers it.
Can I change my order instead of cancelling?
Often, yes, as long as it’s before you approve the proof. See changing an order.
