Enter your order ID and the email or phone you ordered with on the Track order page, or see every order in your account.

Track without signing in
Step 1: Find your order ID
It’s in your order confirmation email or WhatsApp message, and looks like ORD-123456.
Step 2: Open Track order
Go to the Track order page.
Step 3: Enter your details
Type the order ID and the email address or mobile number you used when ordering, then select Track.
You’ll see where your order is (received, in production or dispatched), the payment status, and the courier and tracking link once it has shipped.
Track from your account
If you ordered while signed in, every order is listed in My account. Open an order to see its full details, and to pay for it if an online payment didn’t go through.
It says it can’t find my order.
Check the order ID for typos and use the same email or phone number you ordered with. If it still doesn’t work, message us with your name and phone number and we’ll look it up.
My tracking link hasn’t updated.
Couriers can take a few hours to show the first scan after pickup. If there’s no movement for a couple of days, message us and we’ll chase the courier.
I lost my order ID.
Search your email and WhatsApp for “Command Print”, or message us with your name and phone number.
