How long will my order take?
Total time = production time + courier time. Delhi NCR gets same-day or next-day delivery; metros usually 2–3 business days after dispatch.

There are two parts to every delivery time: how long we take to make your order, and how long the courier takes to deliver it.
1. Production time
Each product page shows its production time, for example “2–3 business days”, and the shipping policy lists the range for every category. It starts once you’ve approved your proof and payment is confirmed (or the order is confirmed for cash on delivery). The faster you approve, the sooner we start.
2. Courier time
Once your order leaves our Gurugram workshop, typical delivery times are:

These are typical times, not guarantees. Courier delays from weather, holidays or remote locations are outside our control, but we’ll help chase the courier if a parcel is stuck.
Tracking your parcel
When your order ships, you’ll get the courier name and a tracking link. You can also check progress any time on the track order page with your order ID and the email or phone number you ordered with.
Does production time include weekends?
Production times are in business days. Our workshop works Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Free pickup from our Sector 6, Gurugram workshop is available. See delivery charges and pickup.
